The leader of Our Party (PN) Renato Usatîi made public part 2 and 3 of Kroll 2. He claims that the document was sent to him on a USB stick on the first night he returned in the country. However he doesn’t know who did this as during that night he met with thousands of sympathizers, colleagues and acquaintances.

According to Renato Usatîi there is also a Part 4 and 5 of the Report.
The report was also sent to the Parliamentary Commission that investigates the circumstances of the bank fraud.
According to the report several companies affiliated to the former leader of the Democratic Party (PDM) Vladimir Plahotniuc, are involved in the scheme related to the bank fraud.

The document is under the examination of the anti-corruption prosecutors since March 2018. However only at the end of June the National Anticorruption Center (CNA) and ARBI seized the assets of Finpar Invest SRL an important company in the real estate empire of Vladimir Plahotniuc. After PDM ceded power the new government asked Kroll to publish the document and Vlad Plahotniuc left the the country.
