    Criminal actions of the communist government against the young citizens of Moldova

    The parliamentary elections of 5 April 2009 and the events that followed showed the deep antipopular and the dictatorial communist regime established by Vladimir Voronin of Moldova.

    Joint Declaration of the Liberal Party, Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova Alliance “Our Moldova” on the criminal actions of the communist government against children, young people, citizens of Moldova:

    The parliamentary elections of 5 April 2009 and the events that followed showed the deep antipopular and the dictatorial communist regime established by Vladimir Voronin of Moldova. Results of voting fraud, stagging an alleged attempted coup d’etat by the manipulated devastation of the Presidency, blaiming the opossing parties like PLDM and AMN, Romania indictment of involvement in the alleged coup d’etat, repressive actions, some of unprecedented cruelty, structures of power and justice (like policy and secret service) taking force against children, young people, jurnalists (foreign and domestic) have stressed the goals pursued by the communist regime. These are: maintaining at any cost in power to hide the murders of 8 years of governance and avoid liability; removing from the political scene of PL, and AMN PLDM by declaring them outside the law, stopping the European course of the Republic of Moldova and achoring it in a CSI regime; annihilation of any resistance and opposition by civic and political  – repression against children, young people of all democratic options and proeuropene. The regime has also forced the new generation of young, educated in the spirit of European values, to migrate in civilized countries of the European Union; isolating the Republic of Moldova from the international forums and finally trying to abolish the rule of law and try to establish a dictatorship.

    Liberal Party, Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova Alliance “Our Moldova” declares that the Communist government is guilty of crime against the state and the citizens and will bear full responsibility.
    During the current week the police service and security, and prosecution courts have data on acts of an unprecedented ferocity: hundreds of innocent children, high school, students, citizens of all ages, journalists from local media and international media were followed, arrested, cruelly beaten, investigated quickly , in breach of legal proceedings, judged and sentenced. Chain mobilized repressive communist government of the embedded structures of force and terror spread throughout the Republic of Moldova.

    Liberal Party, Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova Alliance “Our Moldova” believes that the Republic of Moldova is facing an unprecedented phenomenon in history: a comprehensive implementation of actions of violence, with all structures of power and judicial courts of the State involved, which aims to establish a general climate of terror and insecurity in society and to be defined as a terrorist state.

    Liberal Party, Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova Alliance “Our Moldova” ask the communist government to end immediately the terror actions against children and young people, to release all those arrested and to conduct legal proceedings under investigation. Also, we ask to be made public the names of those arrested, the reasons for arrest and place of detention, to be given access to the detained lawyers, parents, media, NGOs, international bodies.

    Liberal Party, Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova Alliance “Our Moldova” requires an immediate end to persecution against the media, stopping the arrest and prosecution of journalists and the expulsion of foreign journalists.

    Liberal Party, Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova Alliance “Our Moldova” requires the European Union, Council of Europe, the United States to intervene urgently to stop illegal arrests, beatings, torture and all abuses committed by the communist government against young journalists and other citizens.
