In a press conference, Maia Sandu said that she is not happy with the results of the Prosecutor General, Alexandr Stoianoglo. In reply, to Maia Sandu, the Prosecutor General said that he is ready to meet for a discussion.

”Unfortunately, I don’t have many good things to say about the activity of the Prosecutor General after a year of his mandate, but I want to have a discussion with him from the positions of president immediately after the inauguration. I want to know if there are real arguments for this lack of performance. To speak with him about cases that are in the spotlight of our society and in which we do not see any progress. In any case, we will have a discussion to see his position”.

The Prosecutor General, Alexandr Stoianoglo, declared on Tuesday that he is ready to meet with the newly elected president, Maia Sandu, to present all the information related to the activity of his activity since taking over the portfolio. He said that

“One of the principles of the activity of the prosecutor’s office is the collaboration with other state institutions. We are ready to meet with the President and present all the information related to the activity of the prosecutor’s office. I am sure that after this the opinion of the president will change and I hope that we will be heard “.
