The foreigner was allegedly part of criminal structures and intended to commit crimes on the territory of the country in the field of IT, swindling and smuggling money, “obtained by criminal means”. He was declared inadmissible for five years.

The Border Police together with the General Inspectorate for Migration (IGM) and the Special Purpose Police Brigade (BPDS) “Lightning” provided support to the officers of the Organised Crime Investigation Directorate and the Analysis Directorate of the National Investigation Inspectorate (INI) in locating and detaining the foreigner.
