UPDATE 18:31 Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI) announce that the attacker was captured by BPDS FULGER. Fighters from the FULGER Special Purpose Police Brigade managed to annihilate the assailant who killed two people a short time ago at Chisinau International Airport.

UPDATE 17:55 According to information from ZdG, the shot was fired by a man who had landed a flight from Turkey. Several police cars and ambulances are at the scene.
