    Moldovan Army Received a Donation worth 1.5 million Euros from Germany

    The National Army received a donation of equipment worth 1.5 million euros from the Federal Republic of Germany for the safe transportation of liquid fuel, but also “to improve the management of weapons and ammunition stocks in the defense institution.”

    “The technical and material donation is part of the second phase of the project” Strengthening the Armed Forces for the safe transport, maintenance, and storage of ammunition and dangerous goods “and includes three minibusses, three specialized trucks for transporting liquid fuel, a fire truck, a loader front, equipment for recharging fire extinguishers,” announces the Ministry of Defense.

    Within the respective project, a room for the fire truck was built and training courses were organized for the specialists in the field, with a duration of 4 weeks.

    According to the Ministry of Defence, in the first phase of the project, in 2019, Germany donated to the National Army five units of special equipment and special equipment for unloading ammunition.
