    Gitanas Nauseda will pay an official visit to Chișinău, at the invitation of President Maia Sandu. President Sandu will meet her Lithuanian counterpart on Friday, May 14.

    Gitanas Nauseda will pay an official visit to Chișinău on Friday, May 14, at the invitation of President Maia Sandu. It is the first visit of a Lithuanian president to Moldova in the last six years. Discussions between the two heads of state will focus on opportunities to diversify and deepen bilateral relations, as well as on boosting relations between Moldova and the EU, Lithuania being a consistent supporter of the objectives of European integration and the implementation of reforms assessed in the Association Agreement with the European Union.
