Race For The Cure- Run Pink Moldova Organizes a National Event For an International Community
    15 September 2020 | 10:49

On September 25, 26 and 27, the Run Pink Moldova community organizes a charity event dedicated to women diagnosed with breast cancer- Race for the Cure®. The raised money will go towards rehabilitation camps for women going through cancer in Moldova in 2021.

“We started these camps in 2017, and since then, we organize them every summer, except for 2020. I know how important it is to have alternative tools in addition to basic treatment, helping to overcome the invisible aspects caused by this disease,” explains Dorina Baltag, founder of Run Pink Retreat camps and Cancer Survivor.

This year we mark the fifth edition of the Run Pink Moldova marathon. The COVID-19 pandemic has turned our plans for 2020 upside down. But, together with the European platform for supporting breast cancer patients, Think Pink Europe, we thought of using digital media to organize an event on an international scale. So everyone can join our cause from the comfort and safety of their city or country, ” says Adriana Rotaru, founder of the Run Pink Moldova community.

By participating in Race for the Cure Moldova, we can join an international movement that celebrates cancer survivors and honors those who have been killed by this disease. And this year, each of us can join this initiative, whether in Moldova or abroad.
