Parliament’s Autumn Session to Begin on September 1

The autumn session of the Parliament will start on September 1, 2020. The President of the Parliament Zinaida Greceanîi signed the disposition to convene the Parliament in the ordinary session of autumn 2020, on August 26.
The Permanent Bureau is to set the date of the first plenary sitting of the autumn session, following the preparation of the draft agenda.
According to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, the Legislature meets in two ordinary sessions per year. The autumn session begins in September and cannot exceed the end of December. The spring session begins in February and cannot exceed the end of July.
