In the private message, addressed to the journalist, the man whose profile is identified by the name Costea Gorpin threatened the reporter that she would be killed for the questions she asks to the participants of the protests organized by the Sor Party &#8211; <em><strong>&#8220;You will get a bullet in the head from someone with your questions&#8221;.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The reporters of Ziarul de Gard\u0103 are also among the victims of online threats. Following the publication of an investigation into the protests organised by the &#8220;\u0218or&#8221; Party, journalists were threatened with beheading &#8211; <em><strong>&#8220;\u043d\u0443 \u043a\u0440\u0438\u0442\u0438\u043a\u0430 \u043a\u0430 \u0430\u0441\u044b\u0446 \u0442\u0430\u0438 \u0448\u0438\u043d\u0435\u0432\u0430 \u043a\u0430\u043f\u0443 \u043e\u0442\u0432\u0435\u0447\u0430\u044e \u0437\u0430 \u0431\u0430\u0437\u0430\u0440&#8221;. &#8220;\u0430\u0434\u0430\u0430\u0430 \u0440\u0435\u0431\u0438\u0442\u0438\u0448\u043a\u0438 \u0432\u0430 \u0442\u0430\u0435\u043c \u043a\u0430\u043f\u0443 \u0440\u0435\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u043e \u0434\u0438\u043b\u0430 \u0433\u044b\u0442\u0438\u0446\u044b&#8221;. Yes, little children, we&#8217;ll cut your heads off at the neck for real.&#8221;)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">&#8220;The signatory organisations condemn these unacceptable practices, highlighting the increased danger of their entrenchment and perpetuation online. According to the Law on Freedom of Expression, the state guarantees the freedom of expression of the press, and unlawful hindering of media activity attracts criminal liability. At the same time, we would like to point out that the threat of murder or of serious bodily harm or injury to health, including through the use of a computer system, is a criminal offence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The signatory organisations vehemently condemn the perpetrators&#8217; illegal actions against the press and point out that it is unacceptable to tolerate such violations.
