The Migration and Asylum Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI) has reviewed the administrative acts issued in respect of Turkish citizens, following an ECtHR ruling of 11 June 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The Turkish citizens&#8217; requests for asylum were previously denied on the grounds that they were a &#8216;threat to national security&#8217;, with the plane that took them to Turkey being paid for by the Moldovan Intelligence and Security Service (SIS).
