According to some sources of Ziarul de Gard\u0103, Tatiana Avasiloaie is the judge that is investigated in this case.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Integrity Authority found a substantial difference of over 50,000 euros between the fortune and income of Judge Tatiana Avasiloaie, a magistrate from the Chi\u0219in\u0103u Court, R\u00e2\u0219cani headquarters. Avasiloaie owns a penthouse located in the center of Chi\u0219in\u0103u. The National Integrity Authority investigation was initiated after a ZdG investigation, published in February 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/?p=7652\" target=\"_blank\">The Integrity Authority Accuses a Judge of Illicit Enrichment after a ZdG Investigation<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ZdG wrote in February 2020 that the magistrate can be seen, daily, while entering a penthouse of over 150 square meters, located in a block of flats in the center of the capital. Although ZdG caught Judge Avasiloaie&#8217;s car parked in front of that block in the morning, she denied that she lived in that block: <em>&#8220;I check if the water and the heat are okay<\/em>,&#8221; the judge said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"416\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/bloc-centru-chisinaului-740x416-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8603\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/bloc-centru-chisinaului-740x416-1.jpg 740w, https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/bloc-centru-chisinaului-740x416-1-360x202.jpg 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><figcaption><em>The block of flats where is located Avasiloaie&#8217;s penthouse. <\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In the 2020 investigation, ZdG wrote that the market price of such a building exceeds 120,000 euros. However, the building is not found in the wealth declarations submitted by the magistrate, where she indicated a house in Chi\u0219in\u0103u, built by her parents, but also a car, registered in the name of her father.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/?p=2621\" target=\"_blank\">Authorities Respond to Another Investigation Published by ZdG<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The block in which the magistrate could be seen was put into operation in 2015, and a square meter of living space cost, during the construction, approximately 800 euros. In 2020, a square meter will cost no less than 1,100 euros, according to the information posted on the website of the company that built the block. ZdG established that Tatiana Avasiloaie entered a five-room penthouse, located on the seventh floor of this block. The building, with an area of \u200b\u200b155 square meters, was bought in February 2017 and registered in the name of Tatiana \u0218evciuc, a doctor in a polyclinic on the left bank of the Dniester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/744-avasiloaie-masina-1-740x533.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8602\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/744-avasiloaie-masina-1-740x533.jpg 740w, https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/744-avasiloaie-masina-1-360x259.jpg 360w, https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/744-avasiloaie-masina-1-768x553.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/744-avasiloaie-masina-1.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><figcaption><em>Avasiloaie&#8217;s car. <\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Although ZdG photographed the magistrate&#8217;s car in the evening and in the morning, parked in front of this block, and later caught the magistrate as she entered and left that block, Tatiana Avasiloaie denied that she would live in that penthouse. She told us that she was taking care of that apartment because the owner would have gone abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the information on the magistrat.md website, Tatiana Avasiloaie has been a judge since 2012, when she was appointed to the C\u0103u\u0219eni District Court for a term of five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shortly afterward, in December 2014, she was temporarily transferred, for a period of six months, to the Chi\u0219in\u0103u Court, Botanica headquarters. In June 2015, she was transferred there.
