The incident took place at the Moldovan-Romanian border.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The border policemen from Cuhne\u0219ti were informed by their Romanian colleagues that a car loaded with cigarettes was found on the Romanian territory. According to the border police, during the operation of stopping the car, the driver of the car, a 28-year-old man suspected of smuggling cigarettes, was injured and transported to the hospital for medical care. The border police claim that in this case several people are involved. Two vehicles and an inflatable boat were found as a result of the searches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"555\" height=\"740\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-10-03-at-11.03.05-555x740.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8255\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-10-03-at-11.03.05-555x740.jpg 555w, https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-10-03-at-11.03.05-270x360.jpg 270w, https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-10-03-at-11.03.05.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 555px) 100vw, 555px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;The investigations in the region resulted in the detection of two cars that were used by smugglers in the illegal transportation of cigarette packages.
