The Interim Minister of Foreign Affairs Aureliu Ciocoi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, and the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, David Zalkaliani, pay a joint working visit to the European institutions on Wednesday, June 24. Brussels, in the format of the Associated Trio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Officials from the three countries will have a joint meeting with the European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell Fontelles, followed by live press releases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They will also meet with the Executive Vice-President of the European Commission, Valdis Dombrovskis, the European Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement Oliv\u00e9r V\u00e1rhelyi, and the members of the European Parliament responsible for cooperation with the three associated countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The officials’ agenda will focus on the prospects of preparing for the Eastern Partnership Summit scheduled for the end of this year and deepening cooperation with the EU on the implementation of the Association Agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On June 24, the foreign ministers will also participate in a public panel organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 17, Moldova, Ukraine, and Georgia signed a memorandum on cooperation in the field of European integration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
