All three positions for the best journalistic investigation in the national press, the first and third place for the best reporter in the national press, but also the first place for the development of the media institution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Best Reporter category, ZdG journalists Aliona Ciurc\u0103 and Daniela Calm\u00ee\u0219 obtained first place and third place, respectively. This year&#8217;s contest for Best Reporter focused on covering the COVID-19 pandemic and pandemic management at the national and local levels.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Best Investigation in the national press 2020 category, all three awarding positions went to the Ziarul de Gard\u0103 journalists. On the first place &#8211; Diana Ga\u021bcan, on the second place &#8211; Daniela Calm\u00ee\u0219, and on the third place &#8211; Anatolie E\u0219anu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ziarul de Gard\u0103 also won the Award for the development of the media institution. For the year 2020, this award went to Alina Radu, the director of Ziarul de Gard\u0103.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Independent Press Association has been organizing annual internal competitions for journalists and media institutions members of the organization since 1999. In 2019, within the same competition, ZdG won six awards, and in 2020 &#8211; seven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/?p=5811\" target=\"_blank\">ZdG Won Top Prizes in the \u201cReflecting the Phenomenon of Corruption in the Press\u201d Contest<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/?p=5578\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ZdG Won the Top Prizes in a Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom Competition<\/a><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ziarul de Gard\u0103 won six prizes in the annual internal competition of the Independent Press Association.
