The Integrity Authority will challenge the court&#8217;s decision. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Integrity Authority inspectors verified Dumitru Diacov&#8217;s declarations of wealth and personal interests for the period 2014-2019. In February 2021, the Integrity Authority discovered a substantial difference, amounting to over 30,000 euros, between the acquired wealth and the income obtained by the Democratic deputy and his wife and submitted a seizure request to the Chi\u0219in\u0103u Court. However, the Chisinau Court rejected the integrity inspectors&#8217; request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;The National Integrity Authority considers this decision to be unfounded, for which we will appeal to the Chi\u0219in\u0103u Court of Appeal.
