The B\u0103tr\u00eencea reiterated that the Constitutional Court\u2019s decision contradicts the recommendations of the Venice Commission from 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;The involvement of the Constitutional Court in political games, the biased interpretation of the Constitution, endangers the rule of law, the constitutional order, and the principles of continuity of power,&#8221; said Vlad Batrincea.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>In this context, Batr\u00eencea mentioned that the Chi\u0219in\u0103u Parliament advocates for a transparent and fair institutional dialogue, from equal positions. According to him, the President of Moldova, Maia Sandu, faked the dialogue and approved selfish unilateral decisions.<br><br>The President of the Venice Commission said that they will make efforts directed to the political actors in Chi\u0219in\u0103u, both the Presidency and the Parliament, to raise awareness of the responsibility for the crisis and to find solutions through dialogue and consensus.<br><br>On Monday, April 19, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/?p=6944\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Socialist Vice President of the Parliament Vlad Batr\u00eencea was unanimously elected Vice President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe<\/a> for the period 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Early parliamentary elections will soon be held in Moldova.
