The decision came after the court received a notification from the deputies of the Dignity and Truth Platform Party.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Examining the notification, the Court considers it necessary to suspend the actions of the contested bill, in order to verify, if there are some bilateral agreements between the Government of Moldova and the Government of the United States of America.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The U.S. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/?p=5666\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">came with a reaction <\/a>after the bill was voted in the Parliament, stating that<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>It violates a binding bilateral agreement, it violates international law, and adversely affects the relations between the United States and Moldova. \u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Examining the notification, the Court considers it necessary to suspend the actions of the contested bill, in order to verify, if there are some bilateral agreements between the Government of Moldova and the Government of the United States of America.
