Several state institutions and the ZdG newsroom have recently received an anonymous letter with several accusations against the new head of the Independent Special Forces Battalion FULGER. The letter claims that Cazimir Trocin, the head of the institution, appointed in August 2020, allegedly committed several cases of abuse. The accusations include Trocin compelling people to leave the Police Brigade to promote others who would be loyal to him, and allegedly taking office based on nepotism relationships with the current Minister of Internal Affairs.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Several state institutions, including the Presidency, the General Prosecutor’s Office, and ZdG newsroom, have recently received an anonymous letter with several accusations against the new head of the <\/strong>Independent Special Forces Battalion FULGER. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The letter was signed \u201con behalf of the Brigade’s collaborators\u201d by a de facto person who does not work for FULGER. It claims that Cazimir Trocin, the head of the institution, appointed in August 2020, allegedly committed several cases of abuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The letter claims that Cazimir Trocin, the head of the institution, appointed in August 2020, allegedly committed several cases of abuse. The accusations include Trocin compelling people to leave the Police Brigade to promote others who would be loyal to him, and allegedly taking office based on nepotism relationships with the current Minister of Internal Affairs. he head of the Special Forces Battalion FULGER Trocin is also accused of using, in his interest, two service cars, with fake number plates. The letter contained several photos as proof of the accusation, showing that the two vehicles have different numbers of plates, or the same number plate is used on the two cars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, the head of FULGER is accused that he would appropriate large quantities of oil that he would use to power the family’s transport units. Cazimir Trocin forced employees within the institution to donate money for various construction works, in which they are obliged to participate.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThere is no such thing as pressure. There is probably someone who has done nothing so far and doesn\u2019t like to be on duty. It is a political letter, I would say, I have no kinship with Mr. Voicu, the Minister of Internal Affairs either. It denigrates me, and it’s not fair,\u201d declared the head of the Special Forces Battalion FULGER to ZdG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cazimir Trocin claims that he does not use service cars, and their number plates are not fake, but encoded. The head of the institution states that no employee was forced to donate money to construct the pavilion on the territory of the institution, or for other similar works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The house, the car, and the company, all undeclared<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of personal assets, Trocin has a house in the construction process, and his wife drives a Toyota Rav 4 car. She also opened a company two years ago. However, Cazimir Trocin did not submit either the house, the car, and the company in his declaration of assets to the National Integrity Authority.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The head of FULGER has been working in the police department for over 20 years. He held more administrative positions within the National Police Academy. He was later promoted, and between 2015 and 2017, he headed two Police Inspectorates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cazimir Trocin: If you follow the income statements, everything is declared<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The law on the declaration of assets stipulates that, in addition to the obtained income, officials must indicate the \u201cmovable and immovable, including unfinished property.\u201d However, Cazimir Trocin is sure that he did not violate the law when he did not include in his declarations of assets the building he lives in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cazimir Trocin joined the Special Forces Battalion FULGER in April 2020, as interim head and deputy commander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
