According to the decree, Vladislav Clima will hold the position for four years, and the decree is active, starting on the date of publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judge Vladislav Clima, the new head of the Chi\u0219in\u0103u Court of Appeal, is one of the richest magistrates in Moldova. He is the son of the former judge of the Supreme Court of Justice, Nicolai Clima, the one who also led the Superior Council of Magistracy in 2006-2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent years, Vladislav Clima has distinguished himself with several controversial cases.
