{"id":3615,"date":"2020-06-15T15:51:53","date_gmt":"2020-06-15T12:51:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zdg.md\/en\/?p=3615"},"modified":"2020-06-15T15:51:54","modified_gmt":"2020-06-15T12:51:54","slug":"zdgs-investigation-into-deputy-bogdan-tirdeas-assets-sparks-mixed-reaction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/zdgs-investigation-into-deputy-bogdan-tirdeas-assets-sparks-mixed-reaction\/","title":{"rendered":"ZdG&#8217;s Investigation into Deputy Bogdan \u021a\u00eerdea&#8217;s Assets Sparks Mixed Reaction"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>A deputy from the Action and Solidarity Party requested the General Prosecutor\u2019s Office and the National Integrity Authority to take notice of <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/zdg.md\/en\/?p=3422\"><strong>ZdG\u2019s investigation into deputy Bogdan \u021a\u00eerdea\u2019s assets<\/strong><\/a><strong>, and verify \u021a\u00eerdea\u2019s declarations of assets, and prosecute the deputy for illicit enrichment.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputy Radu Marian, from the Action and Solidarity Party, submitted a request to the National Integrity Authority and to the Prosecutor\u2019s Office, asking the two institutions to take notice of <a href=\"https:\/\/zdg.md\/en\/?p=3422\"><strong>ZdG\u2019s investigation into deputy Bogdan \u021a\u00eerdea\u2019s assets<\/strong><\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;ZdG\u2019s article outlines a reasonable suspicion that the deputy\u2019s assets (expensive cars and real estate worth hundreds of thousands of euros), certainly and substantially exceeds the value of the declared income of several hundreds of euros per month,&#8221; said Marian.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marian requested the competent institutions to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>verify \u021a\u00eerdea\u2019s declarations of assets and ascertain whether the expenses incurred by the Socialist Party deputy, Bogan \u021a\u00eerdea and the movable and immovable properties owned by him, correspond to the income indicated in the declarations of assets;<\/li><li>prosecute deputy \u021a\u00eerdea for illicit enrichment, according to art. 330\/2 of the Criminal Code.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u021a\u00eerdea came with a reaction, following ZdG\u2019s investigation and deputy Marian\u2019s request to the two competent institutions.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the commentary published on his Telegram channel, \u021a\u00eerdea links ZdG\u2019s investigation with a request regarding the creation of a commission for analyzing the financing of the Dignity and Truth Party Platform and the Action and Solidarity Party, without explaining exactly the connection between the two aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;On June 5, this newspaper published an article, naming my 90 square meters house (according to the data from the Land Registry Service) &#8211; a palace, and Toyota RAV4 &#8211; luxury car,&#8221;<\/em> says \u021a\u00eerdea, even if the ZdG journalists did not mention in any court that the deputy he would be the owner of a palace or a luxury car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding \u021a\u00eerdea\u2019s statement related to the house of the leader of the Dignity and Truth Party Platform, Andrei N\u0103stase, ZdG mentions that in 2015, we wrote about N\u0103stase\u2019s assets and house, which was later registered in his mother&#8217;s name. Details <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/investigatii\/ancheta\/averile-si-afacerile-liderilor-cu-aspiratii-politice-ai-platformei-da\/?fbclid=IwAR1QNV9UohGlvtqGAG9vx19O7zIDTdepSiPVLkSNcwuo3hholcL8u5089L4\"><strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, ZdG investigated \u021a\u00eerdea\u2019s declarations of assets and his earned income. \u021a\u00eerdea is a Socialist Party deputy. He often criticizes the European Union and eulogizes Russia, in his TV shows or in his articles. He voices biased opinions in favor of the Socialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/zdg.md\/en\/?p=3422\"><strong>The CV and the Assets of the Political Scientist and Deputy Bogdan \u021a\u00eerdea<\/strong><\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">The texts from the page www.zdg.md are taken over within the maximum limit of <strong>1,000 <\/strong>characters. The <strong>direct link<\/strong> to the downloaded article must be indicated in the case of web pages, <strong>IN LEAD<\/strong>, mandatory.
