He added that the inspectors will assess the damage to the environment, and initiate a claim for damages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/tsn.ua\/ru\/ukrayina\/avariya-tankera-delfi-sudno-rabotalo-nelegalnoy-zapravochnoy-stanciey-v-more-1449795.html\">tsn.ua<\/a> the tanker worked on the high seas as an illegal gas station.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The environmental inspectors of the Crimean-Black Sea region carried out the verification of the samples from the accident site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Delphi tanker has been anchored since May 2019 under Moldova\u2019s flag.
