{"id":12209,"date":"2023-08-02T08:14:27","date_gmt":"2023-08-02T05:14:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/?p=12209"},"modified":"2023-08-08T11:17:32","modified_gmt":"2023-08-08T08:17:32","slug":"21-candidates-for-membership-of-the-scm-and-psc-will-be-re-evaluated","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zdg.md\/en\/21-candidates-for-membership-of-the-scm-and-psc-will-be-re-evaluated\/","title":{"rendered":"21 candidates for membership of the Supreme Council of Magistracy and the Superior Council of Prosecutors will be re-evaluated"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Twenty-one decisions of the candidates for membership of the Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM) and the Superior Council of Prosecutors (SCP) were made public on Tuesday evening, 1 August, after the special panel of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) annulled the decisions of the Pre-Vetting Commission regarding the twenty-one candidates and ordered their re-evaluation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Thus, the SCM candidates to be re-evaluated are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aureliu Postic\u0103, magistrate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nicolae \u0218ova, magistrate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alexei Panis, magistrate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Victor Sandu, magistrate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vladislav Holban, magistrate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Veronica Cupcea, magistrate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valentin Caisin, non-judge;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stanislav Sorbalo, magistrate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ion Chirtoaca, magistrate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vitalie Stratan, magistrate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Angela Popil, non-judges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aliona Miron, magistrate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tatiana Chiriac, non-judges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Angela Bostan, magistrate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ecaterina Buzu, magistrate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alexandru Rotari, non-judges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sergiu Osoianu, magistrate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mihail Bu\u0219uleac, magistrate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">On the other hand, the candidates for the position of member of the SCP, who will be evaluated again, are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li>Anatolie G\u00eerbu, prosecutor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vitalie Codreanu, prosecutor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gladcov Cristina, prosecutor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In the case of Mihail Bu\u0219uleac, the appeal lodged was only partially admitted. Thus, the Commission was ordered to resume the candidate&#8217;s assessment procedure, annulling the decision taken previously in his regard, and to recover the non-material damage.
