Members of the Superior Council of Prosecutors (CSP) announced on Tuesday, November 29, the winners of the competition to fill five vacant prosecutor positions in the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (PA). Thus, Alexandru Capmari, Gheorghe Caragia, Vasile Discul\u021bu, Ghennadi Epure and Gheorghe Iap\u0103r\u0103 are the new prosecutors in the PA.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“(\u2026) The Superior Council of Prosecutors (CSP) has decided: to designate the following candidates as winners of the competition announced by the CSP decision of 17 June 2022 to fill five vacant prosecutor positions in the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office: Capmari Alexandru, Caragia Gheorghe, Discul\u021bu Vasile, Epure Ghennadi and Iap\u0103r\u0103 Gheorghe. To propose to the Acting Prosecutor General the appointment of the candidates to the vacant positions of prosecutor in the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office. To forward this decision to the interim Prosecutor General for the initiation of the procedures for issuing the appropriate administrative acts (\u2026)”, said Angela Motuzoc, Chairperson of the CSP.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, the members of the CSP also announced the winners of the competition to fill by transfer two vacant positions of prosecutor in the Chisinau Prosecutor’s Office – Alina Filimon and Vadim Gribincea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“(\u2026) The Superior Council of Prosecutors has decided: to designate the following candidates as winners of the competition announced by the decision of the CSP of 17 June 2022 for filling by transfer two vacant positions of prosecutor in the Prosecutor’s Office of the municipality of Chisinau: Filimon Alina and Gribincea Vadim. To propose to the acting Prosecutor General the appointment by transfer of the respective candidates (\u2026)”, said Angela Motuzoc.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
